1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup pumpkin
1 1/2 cups flours
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups shredded carrots

Blueberry smoothie:
1 banana
1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen blueberries
10 raw cashews
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
